Wentworth Wins 2011 Chrysalis Award for Silver Spring, Maryland Exterior Remodeling Project

Wentworth was recently named the National Winner of the 2011 Chrysalis Awards for Remodeling Excellence in the highly competitive Residential Exterior over $100,000 category. Since 1994, the Chrysalis Awards program has recognized the nation’s best remodeling work in sixteen general categories of residential and commercial remodeling.

Winning entries were selected from more than 400 entries, and entries were judged on overall design, the creative use of space and materials and the degree to which the project enhanced the original home’s structure. This Chrysalis award-winning project, which involved transforming the façade of a 1960s split-foyer home in Silver Spring, MD, also won a National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) CotY Grand Prize in the Residential Exterior Category.

We invite you to read more about the Chrysalis Awards and Wentworth’s award-winning project in the July 2011 issue of Qualified Remodeler magazine.

“ I had several ideas on how to overhaul my galley kitchen and family room but Wentworth gave me three fantastic designs that had never occurred to me. I ended up choosing a combination of two of the designs. When they began work, they were at the house working every single weekday, with no exceptions. Their attention to detail went way beyond what I would have noticed. They cared a great deal about the quality of their work, and took pride in it. They finished ahead of schedule, and we could not be more pleased with the results. ”
